✖ Does not control deadlines or final decisions

• Does not include: Government, banking, or partner-related costs

3.2 Refunds

✔ We refund our service fee if the partner does not initiate service within 15 days
✖ We do not refund fees paid to third parties (e.g., Delaware filing fee)

3.3 Data Protection (LGPD/GDPR Compliance)
Client data is only shared with partners after explicit consent is given via checkbox.

HiGlobalUSA is not liable for:
• Denied visas in global mobility cases
• Losses from digital marketing strategies
• Sudden legislative changes in target markets

5. Dispute Resolution
• Mandatory mediation (São Paulo Chamber of Commerce)
• 2% monthly penalty for late payments
